Jacob and Blake have worked together for more than a decade and now lead a team of over 40 electrical professionals delivering projects across Western Australia.

Blake

Director

Blake founded Paramount Power in 2016 and leads the company’s business development, tendering and estimating.

He works closely with clients from project conception through to delivery, building strong relationships with builders and developers and securing a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. His practical industry experience and focus on delivering value have helped position Paramount Power as a trusted electrical contractor across Western Australia.

Jacob

Director

Jacob joined Blake as a Director in 2021 and oversees project strategy and operational performance.

With extensive experience across commercial construction, project delivery and business operations, his focus is on building a strong reputation and ensuring Paramount Power continues to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Shane

Project Manager

Shane is a Supervisor and Project Manager at Paramount Power, overseeing projects from planning through to completion.

A typical day involves coordinating tradespeople and subcontractors, managing apprentices and team members, liaising with clients, procuring materials, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. He enjoys the variety of the work and sharing his experience to help apprentices and tradespeople develop their skills on site. Outside of work, Shane spends time with his family, caddies for his two daughters, and plays golf and soccer whenever he gets the chance.

Korey

Project Manager

Korey is a Project Manager at Paramount Power, overseeing the delivery of electrical projects from planning through to completion.

A typical day involves coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. He enjoys the variety each project brings and the chance to work alongside a skilled, dedicated team. Outside of work, Korey spends time with his family, coaches and supports his kids in basketball and Aussie Rules, and stays involved in the local sporting community.

Kealy

Administrator

Kealy is the Administrator at Paramount Power, helping keep things running smoothly from the head office in Welshpool.

A typical day might involve managing inboxes and phone calls, supporting the Project Managers, coordinating HR and compliance requirements, and making sure the team has everything it needs to get the job done. As a naturally organised person, she enjoys keeping everything running behind the scenes and supporting the team wherever she can. Outside of work, Kealy is a keen foodie who enjoys trying new restaurants, travelling, the gym, and spending time with her partner, their dog and two cats.
